Customized Solution provides tailor-made contract training and consulting services to Business and Indutry for improved employee performance. Our process focuses on what people do on the job contrasted with traditional trainig that focuses on what people need to learn. Training programs typically are more effcient when help at workplace. Funding for customized training programs may be available to your business through the State of California Employment Training Panel (ETP).

The Center for International Trade Development
The CITD provides individualized assistance, business education programs and international match-making services to california companies and organizations to help them capitalize on international business opportunities. The CITD's also assist communitycolleges in internationalizing their campuses by supporting cirriculum development and providing linkages to international businesses and organizations in california and abroad.

The CACT provides access to current manufacturing ideas, techniques and technlogies for business via specialized training, and targeted curriculum. Business can use the facilities of the CACT to expose their employees to the latest technology in machning skills, CNC programming, CAD/CAM programming logic controlers, ISO-9000 certification and much more.

The Procurement Assistance Center (PAC) offers assisitance to businesses interested in marketing their products and/or services to federal, state and local government agancies. These complimentary services include counseling, assitance with registrations and certifications; identify opportunities through bid matching and informative workshops.

TriTech SBDC is for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to turn their ideas into viable businesses.
