Congress requires the federal government to meet the goals of contracting for disable veterans, woman, Hubzone and 8(a) businesses. The Small Business Administration SBA provides the 8(a) Business Development Program and Hubzone certification. The State requires of their annual contracting dollars, state agencies are to award at least 25% to certified Small Business and 3% to certified DVBEs. The state government has available the certification for Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE). please contact us for more information.
